Eliminating unsafe working conditions should be a top priority of all companies. Ensuring safety is a good business practice since it prevents work-related diseases and injuries that can affect worker absenteeism and productivity, and increase worker's compensation costs.

Develop and implement policies that protect the safety and health of women workers, taking into account how to reduce or eliminate exposure to hazardous substances and the health impacts of existing and new chemicals used in the workplace, especially on reproductive health.
