In order to fully embrace gender equality, companies should implement organization policies, procedures, training, and internal reporting processes to ensure observance and implementation of this commitment throughout the organization.

Indicator 1

Create an action plan, including a communication strategy to stakeholders, executives, and new and current employees, for implementing gender equality and revisit it periodically. Provide a forum and conduct focus groups where employees can voice their opinions on how GEP implementation has affected their performance and the organization in general.
